  • Enhanced New Visitor Registration makes it easier for associations to capture targeted information from web site visitors so they can effectively engage these prospects

  • User Defined Security Groups enabling association clients to limit user access to specific functionality, tools and data entry or modification based on that user’s role
  • Web Based Employee-Member Management so member companies of trade associations can update affiliated individuals/employees in their membership and free up staff time
  • Improved staff member interface through enhanced use of AJAX web technology as well as improved pagination and collapsible forms
  • Address verification through a real-time integration with CDYNE Corporation’s Postal Address Verification service, improving data consistency and accuracy for reduced direct mail costs as well as updating a member’s congressional district and state senate and house information
  • Authorize.net Payment Processor integration for additional eCommerce functionality
  • Contact Tracking offering advanced 360-degree member service capabilities to track interactions and discussions with members, assign tasks and follow-up items to staff members and monitor outcomes and inquiry status

 

The updated features are all available to netFORUM Team and netFORUM Pro customers as part of Avectra’s On Demand association management software service.
